The National Neigong Research Society and the Chen Qingzhou Martial Arts Association, USA have prepared a translation of Master Chen Qingzhou's booklet on the Taiji Xing Gong Bang. In addition to the names of the postures listed above, it includes the Song of Taiji Training Ruler, an explanation of the above postures, and dimensions of the wooden bang.
